Gateway Wellness Associates is now looking for presenters and trainings! We are working on filling our 2017 calendar now. All of our trainings and workshops are held in one of our beautiful spaces in a Class A, centraly located building across from the St. Louis Galleria. From a simple room rental to a fully orchestrated and assisted multi-day workshop, we have what you are looking for as you think about leading your next training.
There are three options for professionals interested in leading trainings at Gateway Wellness Associates:
Option #1: Paid Presenter
Do you have a passion for teaching and training but maybe baulk at the idea of coordinating a full workshop? Putting on an event can be daunting. Most wellness professionals did not go to school to learn about the business side of things - how to market the event, how to get the community excited and fill the room, or how to apply for CEUs with an accredited institution.
Gateway has the answers for you. With this option, you would sign-up to be a paid presenter for a GWA training, and we would pay you a flat fee for presenting. We'll take care of all of the marketing and logistics for you so you can focus on what you enjoy - sharing your knowledge with others. An outline of your training and a brief (10 minute) summary presentation will be required to be considered as a Gateway Wellness Associates' Paid Presenter.
Option #2: Leader with Assistance
Gateway Wellness Associates can help you put on a fabulous event. In the Leader with Assistance option, GWA offers several levels of assistance for professionals who want to lead a training but would like assistance with some aspect of the training's marketing or logistics. GWA offers the following services a la carte within this option:
- Creation of a colorful and compelling flyer
- Completion and filing of a CEU application
- Setting and collecting fees for the event
- Registration of participants
- Printing handouts or booklets
- Program evaluation
- Online marketing and networking, including disseminating your program information to our hundreds of subscribers
- A staff member to work at your sign-in table on the training day(s)
- Room set-up
- Creation of a map with restaurants nearby for attendees to go to for lunch during the training
Option #3: Do-It-Yourselfer
Are you a do-it-yourselfer who has all the skills, time, and contacts to put on a successful workshop, but just need the perfect space to do it? With this option, you would take your pick of rooms that are waiting for you to fill them with eager learners. Each room can be set up for your teaching style. Free Wi-Fi and a projector are provided. Discounts are available for current GWA tenants.
