The Arch de Triumph Package: $100/month

Attendance in the monthly Gateway Wellness Associates Practice Building Discussion Group ($40 value)
A copy of the Gateway Wellness Associates Practice-Starting Checklist
A monthly half-hour consultation with an expert around building and sustaining a healthy private practice ($60 value)
Printing and copying privileges - up to 150 B&W copies or 75 color copies per month ($10 value)
One hour per week in the in-suite group room ($60 value)
Space to sell books and products in the GWA bookstore

Rental Benefits

Included in the price of rent, all Wellness Associates are provided with:


  • Furnished office rental in a class A office building in a prime mid-town location
  • Monthly practice-building workshops (these are offered to non-renters for $40 per workshop)
  • Access to monthly voluntary consultation meetings
  • Basic marketing services (website inclusion)
  • Access to additional marketing services such as email blasts about your programs, inclusion in convention and expo marketing, etc.
  • Free WiFi access
  • Coffee and tea service for clients
  • Basic janitorial services
  • Office supplies, including pens, paper and tissues
  • Access to a projector and speaker system
  • Access to The University Tower gym
  • For an additional fee, our Wellness Associates have access to the building conference and board rooms 


Rental Rates

Wellness Associates who charge at least 50% of their clients $40 or less per session would qualify for the Discounted Rent Schedule below.  These rates are valid on contracts signed between 3/1/17 and 2/28/18:

The Threshold Package: FREE to Renters, $40/month for Non-Renters (Open to the Community - no Rental Agreement Necessary)

Feel like you are standing at the precipice of starting a practice but not quite sure you want to take that step in? Invest in this package and join us once a month for our Practice Building Discussion Group, led by experienced practitioners in private practice. The group focuses on assisting members in navigating the daunting task of starting a business, creating an effective marketing strategy, engaging the clients you want, and much more. It is perfect for the wellness professional who is not ready to take the leap into private practice just yet, but wants to do the research by talking to live people who have been building practices. This package also includes a GWA-exclusive Practice-Starting Checklist which assists in streamlining and simplifying your practice start-up.


The Garden Gate Package:$60/month for Renters, $100/month for Non-Renters
Ready to take the leap into cultivating your very own business, where you are the architect of your day-to-day practice? Maybe you would like a bit more support than the monthly Practice Building Discussion Group.

  • Attendance in the monthly Gateway Wellness Associates Practice Building Discussion Group ($40 value)
  • A copy of the Gateway Wellness Associates Practice-Starting Checklist
  • A monthly half-hour consultation with an expert (Casey Limmer, LCSW or Elizabeth Lowder, LCSW, both successful private practice owners with practice-starting mentoring experience) around building and sustaining a healthy private practice ($60 value)


The Arch de Triumph Package:$100/month for Renters Only
Already have an established practice? Or do you find yourself feeling secure and on your way to having an established practice? You might not need the extra support but we'd love for you to stay involved in the monthly Practice Building Discussion Group, in order to mentor others. The benefits of this package also include the day-to-day necessities and flexibility of running a practice within our co-op office space: 

  • Attendance in the monthly Gateway Wellness Associates Practice Building Discussion Group ($40 value)
  • A copy of the Gateway Wellness Associates Practice-Starting Checklist
  • A monthly half-hour consultation with an expert around building and sustaining a healthy private practice ($60 value)
  • Printing and copying privileges - up to 150 B&W copies or 75 color copies per month ($10 value)
  • One hour per week in the in-suite group room ($60 value)
  • Space to sell books and products in the GWA bookstore


À La Carte Services (Renters Only)

Wellness Associates can also choose from the following a la carte services, separate from the Membership Packages listed above:


  • In-suite group room rental ($15 per hour)
  • Hourly office rental ($10 per hour when available, limit 2 per month)
  • Consultation with an expert around establishing or maintaining a healthy private practice ($120 per hour, or $60 for 30 minutes)
  • A la carte printing and/or copying ($0.05 per black and white copy and $0.08 per color copy)
  • Marketing assistance ($50 per hour - includes assistance with website development and design, brochure creation, and marketing phone calls to potential referral sources)
  • Creation and dissemination of an email marketing campaign ($25 per email campaign) 
  • Returning client intake or waitlist calls ($15/hour when available)
