Rental POLICIES:

All terms and policies of renting with Gateway can be found in our rental agreement.  These terms are subject to change or update prior to lease signing.  Please contact us for the most updated version of this contract.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Each associate maintains their own practice and their own payment policies.  Most associates are considered "out-of-network" or are "fee for service".  For more information and tips on how to find out about your out-of-network benefits, please consult this easy to use Out-of-Network Benefits info sheet

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Each associate maintains their own practice and their own cancellation policies.  In general, most associates maintain a 24 hour notice cancellation policy, meaning the client will be charged full fee for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.  Please contact your therapist for his/her/their policies.

FACILITIES:

Facilities complaints or concerns should be directed to Katie Silversmith, Director of Operations for GWA.  She may be contacted at katie@gwa-stl.com.

ASSOCIATE CONCERNS:

Complaints or concerns regarding questionable or unethical behaviors of GWA Associates should be directed to GWA's CEO, Casey Limmer via email at casey@gwa-stl.com.
