About Me

It’s heartbreaking to watch someone you love suffer. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, responses from trauma, or difficulties coping with life transitions, I am here to help. I have over a decade of experience partnering with families to help improve relationships, ability to cope, and quality of life. I believe every child and every family have strengths that can help them overcome obstacles. Together, we will identify and develop them. As a Registered Play Therapist, I will help your child work through unresolved issues, develop coping skills, and improve their ability to communicate about their emotions. I have completed training in AutPlay therapy for child with ASD, as well as Theraplay, which can be helpful for a multitude of presenting concerns. Contact me anytime to discuss you hopes and wishes for your child. I’m happy to provide a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if I would be a good fit to help your family.
