  • If you are renting a full-time exclusive office - go crazy! Just turn off the lava lamp each night so ya don’t burn the place down.

    For shared offices, we’ve got the big stuff covered—every office is fully furnished and ready to go. That said, feel free to bring in a few personal touches — plants (live or fake, but no dead ones, please), small tchotchkes, professional books. Just check in with us first—we're going for "therapist chic," not "dorm room explosion."

  • Most clinicians choose to purchase a Vaultz storage box which they keep on site. Each location has a secure place for you to store your Vaultz. (Because your therapy notes deserve better than your car’s trunk.)

  • Very. Entry is controlled by a keyless lock system and only providers have access to the code. So unless your client is also a cat burglar or a locksmith, no one’s getting in before you.

  • We don’t—on purpose. These days, most clients simply text their therapist when they arrive, which keeps things simple, private, and low-stress for everyone. No front desk, no clipboard awkwardness, no fiddling with constantly changing check-in technology — just a smooth, modern arrival process.

  • Yes, you can! Bills, business cards, or even that impulse-ordered therapy sand tray—it’s all welcome.

  • You sure can. With a virtual membership, you can use our business address for licensing and mail delivery—no office required. And if you ever decide you’d like to meet clients in person, you can easily upgrade to an hourly or part-time plan. Flexibility is kind of our thing.

  • We do our best to keep you in your usual space—your “home base.” Occasionally, if that room’s already reserved, you’ll be placed in one of our other thoughtfully furnished offices. Luckily, all our rooms are equally comfy, calm, and client-ready, so the vibe stays consistent no matter where you land.

  • Yes! While we’re designed with mental health professionals in mind, we welcome a wide range of wellness-aligned providers. Our past and current members include:

    • Dietitians

    • Psych NPs

    • Hypnotherapists

    • Chiropractors

    • Occupational & Physical Therapists

    • Nutritionists

    • Neurofeedback folks

    • Concierge MDs

    • Massage Therapists

    • Health and Life Coaches

    If you’re in the business of helping people feel better, there’s a good chance we’re a fit. Reach out and let’s chat.

  • Simple: you pay monthly for the block of hours you use each week. For example, a 5 hour/week membership might be $175/month at our Devonshire location. If you want 10 hours per week, it’s $265/month. No day-of-the-week surcharge, no fine print, no nonsense. Need an extra hour? No problem, it will automatically get tacked onto your invoice at the discounted plan rate. Contact us for a quote or more details.

  • There is a $100 set-up fee to start your membership and we require a refundable deposit equal to your monthly rate. If you need to change your membership plan, there is a small $25 change fee. Otherwise, your rent includes Wi-Fi, cleaning, coffee and tea, stocked office supplies, and more. Basically, everything short of a massage therapist (but we know some people).

  • If your start date is more than 30 days out, we may ask for a small hold fee—but within 30 days? Totally free to reserve.

  • We get it—life changes. Most scheduling changes can be handled by yourself in our booking app. If you want to drop or add hours on your contract, just let us know and we’ll adjust your membership agreement, waving the sign-up fee, and just charge a small contract change fee of $25.

    Most of our memberships are nice and flexible—month-to-month with just 30 days' written notice if you need to bow out. No hard feelings, no dramatic breakups.

    Full-time private offices, on the other hand, are more of a long-term relationship. They come with a one-year lease, and early exits aren’t part of the deal—so make sure you’re ready to settle down before putting a ring on it.

  • We sure do! Whether you're running a continuing education workshop, hosting a group, or planning a mini-retreat with maximal therapeutic vibes, we've got shared space you can reserve for an extra booking fee. Just bring the healing—we’ll provide the chairs (and probably tea).
