About Me

Lacita has assisted in transforming the lives of women, men, and teens that have experienced emotional, sexual, and physical trauma. In addition, Lacita also loves working with depression, anxiety, creatives, and multicultural professionals. Her speciality is working specifically with those who have experienced traumatic levels of emotional and Narcissistic abuse by assisting the client with unlearning deeply ingrained negative beliefs about themselves projected onto them by a toxic partner(s). Lacita is committed to helping her clients find their true purpose in life outside of trauma, anxiety, challenging life transitions while instilling a strong sense of empowerment and autonomy.

She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral, and Person-Centered Therapies. She is also a member of the National Board for Certified Counselors and The EMDR International Association (EMDRIA). Lacita is also committed to serving those from various multicultural backgrounds and is dedicated to multicultural awareness. Her goal with every client is to provide them the tools necessary for them to thrive at their fullest capacity for years to come.
