Balancing your business success and your personal values need not be an "either-or" proposition.  Create a vision that includes "both-and".  How can you find balance in the following areas:

  • Create financial opportunities for myself AND benefit the community 

 

  • Grow my business AND focus on serving clients I am best trained to work with

 

  • Be the "expert" AND continue to grow
